Are website prices final?
Fixed prices are estimated per-piece goods prices. Where a range is shown, the exact unit price depends on the selected specification or style. Availability, price, packaging, and freight are confirmed in the proforma invoice before payment.
How do I request a sample?
Add the product to your inquiry or email the product link, specification, style, destination, and required sample quantity. Sample price, freight, and timing are confirmed before payment.
Can I request OEM/ODM?
Yes. Color, shape, logo, and packaging can be discussed. Feasibility, tooling, MOQ, sample approval, intellectual-property responsibility, price, and lead time are confirmed for each project.
Can you provide compliance documents?
Request documents by SKU, destination market, and intended use. A general material statement is not a substitute for a current SKU-specific test report or legally required certificate. No certification should be assumed unless the applicable document is supplied and verified.
How is freight calculated?
Freight depends on destination, postal code, weight, volume, quantity, and service level. Available methods, Incoterm, estimated transit time, and freight charge are stated in the quotation or proforma invoice.
What if I receive an incorrect or damaged shipment?
Follow the claim window and evidence requirements stated in the proforma invoice or sales contract. Keep the goods and packaging, and send the order number, affected quantity, labels, photos, and video where relevant before returning anything.
