Methods and Incoterms
Depending on the order and destination, a quotation may include courier, air freight, sea freight, or another agreed service. The selected carrier or forwarder, service, route, Incoterm, freight charge, and estimated transit time are stated in the proforma invoice. No method or Incoterm should be assumed from the website alone.
Production and transit timing
Sample timing, production lead time, dispatch estimate, and transit estimate are confirmed separately in writing. Customs checks, carrier disruption, weather, holidays, and incomplete information may affect timing.
Customs, duties, and address
Responsibility for import duties, taxes, customs fees, insurance, and destination charges follows the agreed Incoterm and written quotation. The buyer must verify the address, importer details, and local import requirements before payment.
Tracking and documents
Tracking, airway bill, bill of lading, packing list, or other available shipment documents are provided according to the selected service and agreed order terms.
